Senior Product Manager (Data Product)

📋 Description Lead and grow PMs and analysts (1–2 PMs, 1 analyst), hiring and coaching. Drive end-to-end data product lifecycle from discovery to iteration. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to goals. Partner with business, growth, risk, and data science to align analytics workflows. Collaborate with engineering on design and sprint planning (AWS, Spark, EMR, EC2, Hive). Manage senior stakeholders and executive communication. Use agentic tools (Claude Code, Cursor) daily to accelerate value. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years PM experience, 3+ years leading mid-sized teams. Strong SQL, data modelling, and streaming and batch processing. AWS data stack: Spark, EMR, EC2, Hive, Trino, Superset. Understanding of data governance and regulatory compliance (DPDPA). Deep expertise in data modelling — dimensional modelling and taxonomy. LookML or Look ML-style experience is a strong plus. Hands-on with agentic tools (Claude Code, Cursor).
