📋 Description Own the AI Adoption & Customer Value strategy across Cobalt Streamworks's AI portfolio. Lead enterprise adoption programs with strategic customers to drive value. Define adoption metrics, health signals, and dashboards with stakeholders. Synthesize customer feedback and usage data to inform roadmap. Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to deliver usable, trusted AI. Enable Product Marketing and Go-to-Market with adoption-focused assets. 🎯 Requirements 8–10+ years of professional experience; 6+ in Product Management. Senior IC with product strategy, adoption, and value realization. Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Eng, or related field. Strong knowledge of GenAI, autonomous agents, governance and trust. Experience with enterprise customers, turning feedback into roadmaps. Data-driven decisions; RICE/ROI/value-vs-effort familiarity. Agile experience; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Productboard.
