Senior Product Manager

Salary: $154000 - 256000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree in a related field plus 8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent mix such as a masters degree with 6 years, a Ph.D. with 3 years, or 10 years of experience. We need 8+ years of experience in product management or product development, with a track record of launching complex enterprise products. We expect familiarity with current AI tools and a growth mindset for integrating AI into existing workflows. We need someone who can clearly explain customer problems, solution value, and trade-offs, and influence cross-functional teams effectively. Responsibilities: We develop, manage, and optimize products for Manheim. We shape, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap. We oversee implementation and partner with a cross-functional team in an AI-enabled environment. We lead product strategy and discovery by using AI to accelerate learning, experimentation, and development. We build a deep understanding of customer problems, segments, personas, the market, and the competitive landscape. We collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to align product strategy with business goals. We turn discovery insights into a clear, outcome-focused roadmap and keep stakeholders informed. We translate strategy into business outcomes, milestones, epics, and a continuously delivering backlog. We work closely with Product Management and UX partners to keep alignment across the product portfolio. We apply modern agile practices and AI tooling across the product development lifecycle. We build strong working relationships with onshore and offshore teams, including contractors, across product, UX, engineering, architecture, and solution delivery. We ensure teams understand the product vision and deliver incremental value toward that vision. We support go-to-market planning with business, operations, and marketing teams. We partner with implementation, training, and technical support teams to balance scalability, cost, and speed to market. We support testing, experimentation, iterative delivery, pricing strategy development, and ROI assessment. We engage clients and client proxies throughout discovery to gather feedback and shape product ideas. We evaluate product performance against KPIs and use insights to guide future roadmap priorities. We act as the liaison for our products, define acceptance criteria with development teams, manage priorities and backlogs, support planning, and coordinate communication across stakeholder groups. This role offers a base salary range of $134,900 to $224,900, with potential eligibility for additional incentive compensation.
