Senior Product Manager, AI

📋 Description Drive vision and strategy for Solstice Analytics AI Platform powering workflows. Define and prioritize the platform roadmap for AI capabilities. Partner with engineering, data science, and design to deliver AI components. Drive feature development from requirements through launch and iteration. Collaborate with marketing and finance on pricing and monetization. Establish and track metrics for platform performance and business impact. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years enterprise product management with end-to-end ownership. Experience launching AI or Data products with LLM capabilities or agentic workflows. Strong technical fluency: model integration, context orchestration, embeddings, prompt design, guardrails, evaluation frameworks. Proven ability to partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and platform teams to productionize models. AI governance, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI for enterprise.
