Senior Product Lead, Discovery & Value

Salary: $110000 - 209000 per year Requirements: We need at least 4 years of experience in a Senior Product Lead, Discovery and Value, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or comparable role within healthcare technology, clinical trials, or another data-heavy environment. We need advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Jira, or similar planning and tracking tools. We need the ability to support both market-facing discovery and execution-focused agile delivery. We need strong analytical ability, with comfort working through data, workflow analysis, and business logic. We need solid research and analytical capabilities. We value strong experience with EHR platforms, interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7, or data-integration workflows. We value familiarity with claims data, clinical workflows, or eligibility and triage processes. We value a degree, diploma, or certification in a related field. We value experience in clinical informatics, including data structure, storage, relationships, and maintenance, plus working knowledge of medical claims and electronic health records. We value experience presenting to senior leaders. Responsibilities: We manage and continuously refine the Contxt product backlog, keeping requirements and user stories clear, detailed, and prioritized for engineering delivery. We translate business, operational, and clinical needs into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, data rules, and workflow diagrams. We lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily agile ceremonies with engineering, and we help prioritize work based on market signals and business value. We map complex eligibility logic, clinical workflows, claims data rules, and EHR-based data structures to ensure consistent system behavior. We apply our knowledge of EHR systems and interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, and CCD to define integration logic, data mappings, and expected system behavior. We collaborate closely with engineering to clarify requirements, answer questions, and keep development aligned with the intended outcome. We create user flows, data dictionaries, rule libraries, and system documentation for engineering, QA, sales, and client-facing teams. We lead user acceptance testing, validate sprint increments, identify defects, and confirm each release meets quality expectations. We conduct client discovery sessions with life sciences prospects and partners to assess new use case opportunities. We build value demonstration materials, ROI logic, example use cases, client-ready narratives, and proof points. We develop structured value frameworks, case studies, and reusable templates to support pre-sales and post-implementation discussions.
