Growth at Solstice Analytics is different from growth at most companies. We're not optimizing clicks on ads or chasing short-term engagement metrics. We're helping independent retailers discover products they love, build stronger businesses, and compete in an increasingly challenging retail landscape. As a Growth Engineer, you'll work on some of Solstice Analytics's most important customer journeys - from a retailer's first interaction with Solstice Analytics through long-term engagement and success on the platform.
