Senior Product Designer, Procure to Pay

📋 Description Own end-to-end P2P experiences: workflows, alerts, dashboards. Partner with PMs/engineers to define features and core workflows. Design full transaction lifecycles, incl. declines and failed payments. Shape first agent experiences using procurement data you can verify. Run user research with customers via SE/CS/Sales; test with AP teams. Participate in regular design reviews with the team. 🎯 Requirements 3-5 years designing complex B2B/workflow products; procurement/payments/fintech a plus. Lead designer on at least one full product or major feature. Experience running user research and turning findings into design decisions. Iterate closely with engineers on UX and visual design to get details right. Defend design decisions with PMs/engineers and adapt when evidence says so.
