📋 Description Lead design direction for key product initiatives and mentor designers. Translate strategy into wireframes, prototypes, and visuals. Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to define problems and ship experiences. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate decisions. Contribute to design system standards for consistency and accessibility.
