Senior Product Designer, Global Payments

📋 Description Own the end-to-end payments experience: scheduling and tracking. Frame problems and drive product decisions with evidence. Partner with engineers, PMs, and GTM teams to define features. Design the experience layer for new payment rails and migrations. Conduct user research with SE, CS, Sales, and finance teams. Participate in regular design reviews with the team. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years designing complex B2B/workflow products; fintech a plus. Led end-to-end shipping of a full product or major feature. Frame problems, align partners, move without a spec. Run user research and turn insights into design decisions. Iterate with engineers on UX and visuals to get details right. Defend design decisions with PMs and engineers. Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools.
