📋 Description Design lead partnering with engineers, PMs, and peers to oversee UX from idea to market. Part of the EPAD org spanning Engineering, Product, Analytics, and Design. Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and push for pixel-perfect implementation. Manage your timelines and deliverables with solid judgment. Lead within your team, influencing strategy and scope. Collaborate with designers across org in sprints for scalable UX. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years designing consumer products; led multiple product teams. Proficient in Figma and high-fidelity prototyping tools (Protopie, Framer, Origami). AI-assisted design workflows—from ideation to generative UI; know when human input is needed. Portfolio showing you as primary designer on desktop and mobile projects. Frequent Vantage Compute user, preferably with gaming space experience.
