Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a senior product designer to provide short-term execution support during a period of elevated design demand. This role is intentionally focused on shipping high-quality, build-ready UX for well-defined problems, while our internal design team remains focused on foundational systems, core product workflows, and long-term strategy. This is a time-bound engagement with clear scope, ownership, and success criteria. Duration & Commitment Duration: 10–14 weeks (time-bound engagement) Weekly Hours: 20–40 hours/week (flexible, based on project phase) Location: Remote (US time zone overlap preferred) What You’ll Do Independently execute on clearly defined product requirements with minimal direction Translate well-framed problems into build-ready UX that Engineering can confidently implement Design user flows, states, and interaction details in Figma at the appropriate fidelity for the active Design Mode Ensure designs meet established quality bars for clarity, completeness, and usability Work within an existing or evolving design system and follow established patterns Proactively identify gaps, edge cases, and assumptions—and resolve or escalate them appropriately Partner closely with Engineering to unblock implementation while minimizing back-and-forth Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly and proactively Document designs and decisions to support smooth handoff and long-term continuity Requirements 5+ years of product design experience Prior experience as a product design contractor or embedded designer Proven ability to execute independently in fast-moving product teams Strong judgment around design fidelity vs. time constraints Comfortable working within constraints and evolving systems Confident collaborating with Engineering in async environments Clear, concise communicator who surfaces issues early Benefits Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends) Vacation: 10 business days a year Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year Company Holidays: 5 Company Holidays a year (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Keystone AI Day) Parental Leave Health Care Reimbursement Active Lifestyle Reimbursement Quarterly Home Office Reimbursement Payroll Deduction Purchase Plans Longevity Bonus Continuous Learning Bonus Access to Training and Professional Development Platforms Did we mention it's REMOTE?!!
