📋 Description Translate complex workflows and user needs into simple, intuitive design solutions Use research, data, and customer insights to inform and validate design decisions Partner closely with Business, Product and Engineering from problem definition through launch Communicate design rationale clearly and use feedback, research, and data to iterate on solutions Translate designs into production-ready outputs using tools such as Cursor, Claude, and other Partner closely with Engineering, contributing code-adjacent artifacts and prototypes to accelerate 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of product design experience working on digital products A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX, interaction design, and visual design Solid skills in one or more of the following AI design tools (e.g. Figma, Bolt, UX Pilot, Pencil Ability to clearly explain design decisions and incorporate feedback Comfort working within defined product direction and constraints Hands-on experience using AI tools in design, research, or development workflows
