Senior Product Designer

📋 Description Own and lead the end-to-end design process for MyBrightpath Technologies for Patients, including ideation, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity design to ensure exceptional user experiences Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and clinical trial experts, to define design requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives and user needs Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing and desk research to gain insights into user behaviors, pain points, and needs, and use this data to inform design decisions Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and coherence across products and implementations Advocate for design excellence, usability, and innovation throughout the product development lifecycle Provide mentorship and guidance to other designers, elevating the overall design quality within the team Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, market trends, and product performance to drive ongoing improvements Ensure that designs align with regulatory and industry standards, particularly within the context of clinical trials and healthcare 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex enterprise-level applications Proven expertise in UX and interaction design, information architecture and crafting thoughtful and considerate user interfaces Experience designing user experiences across multiple touchpoints to unify mixed platforms into one cohesive, seamless experience Expert in Figma and other design tooling, including building complex components Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive, accessible products 🎁 Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance Flexible PTO and company paid holidays Retirement programs 1% charitable giving program
