Collaborate with PM and Eng on roadmap and tradeoffs. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of product design with a strong portfolio. Strong flow literacy: end-to-end experiences across states. Closes the design-to-implementation gap; code fluency expected. Experienced with a design system; extend and steward patterns. Has designed or shipped AI-involved interfaces. B2B SaaS experience with complex, data-driven interfaces.
