📋 Description Design every detail of a product experience from initial concept to user flow to pixels. Understand the algorithms, policies, and prior art that underpin design. Build durable design systems with components, tokens, and guidelines for engineers and agents. Develop agent skills and harnesses that encode design decisions. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of product design experience with strong UX and visual craft. You've shipped technical products and demonstrate a deep understanding of their mechanics. You use coding agents, experiment with new workflows, and tune the quality of their output. You build prototypes and production UI in React. You work within existing design patterns and balance scope against business needs.
