Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product & Engineering Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across critical technical functions, including Software Engineering, Product Management, AI/ML, and related technical disciplines. This individual will bring deep expertise in technical talent markets, a proven track record of hiring top-tier engineering and product talent, and the ability to influence stakeholders through data, insight, and strong business partnership. This role requires balancing technical recruiting excellence, strategic advisory, and exceptional candidate experience . Key Responsibilities Strategic Talent Leadership Define and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned to product and engineering roadmaps and business growth priorities Serve as a trusted advisor to engineering and product leaders on talent market dynamics, hiring strategy, and workforce planning Technical Talent Acquisition Expertise Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex, highly technical roles across engineering and product functions Develop a deep understanding of technical skill sets, team structures, and success profiles Advanced Sourcing & Talent Attraction Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber, diverse technical talent Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, technical communities, and AI-enabled sourcing platforms Candidate Assessment & Experience Conduct structured screenings and partner with hiring teams to effectively assess technical depth, problem-solving, and cultural alignment Deliver a high-touch, transparent candidate experience that reflects Northwind Robotics ’s values Stakeholder Partnership Partner closely with engineering, product, and HR leaders to understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and organizational goals Drive alignment through intake sessions, calibration, and ongoing communication Talent Pipelining & Workforce Planning Build and maintain strategic pipelines for critical technical roles, anticipating future hiring needs Proactively identify talent gaps and develop solutions to address them Employer Brand & Technical Market Positioning Champion Northwind Robotics ’s employer value proposition within technical talent communities Partner on initiatives to strengthen brand awareness among engineering and product talent Data & Insights-Driven Recruiting Leverage recruiting data, market insights, and competitive intelligence to inform hiring strategies Track key performance metrics (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates) and provide actionable recommendations Executive-Level Advisory Advise senior leaders on talent supply/demand, compensation benchmarking, and competitor landscape Influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights and market expertise Onboarding & Retention Partnership Partner with HR and business leaders to support successful onboarding and retention strategies for technical hires Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or a related field within a global organization Significant experience recruiting for engineering and product roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Product Managers, AI/ML, Data Scientists, roles) Proven ability to independently lead complex, high-impact technical searches Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and hiring trends within engineering and product organizations Expertise in modern sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, technical platforms, and AI-enabled tools Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform talent strategies Demonstrated ability to influence and build trust with senior technical stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse teams and geographies Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and embraces ambiguity Preferred Qualifications Collaboration & Influence: Strong ability to partner across engineering, product, and business leadership to deliver hiring outcomes Operational Excellence: Experience operating within structured business systems (e.g., Northwind Robotics Business System) and driving process rigor Technical Acumen: Ability to quickly understand technical concepts, architectures, and evolving skill demands Business Acumen: Strong understanding of how product and engineering talent drives innovation and business performance Self-Leadership: Highly self-motivated with strong judgment and ability to operate autonomously Market Expertise: Established network within engineering and product talent communities and success engaging passive candidates Originally posted on Himalayas
