Senior/Principal RAN Digital Twin & AI Simulation Engineer

📋 Description Own the architecture and roadmap for a modular multi-RAT RAN digital twin (LTE/5G NR/2G). Integrate MAC/scheduler into deterministic per-TTI closed-loop simulations with stable interfaces. Model interactions among scheduler, PHY, channels, UE, traffic, interference, and power control. Extend LTE simulation with reusable abstractions for 5G NR and 2G stacks. Design a fidelity ladder with high-fidelity PHY and fast surrogate models. Develop AI/ML RAN capabilities including neural channel estimation and learned scheduling. 🎯 Requirements BSc or MSc in Electrical/Computer Engineering, CS; PhD advantageous. Typically 7+ years in wireless systems, RAN dev, modem/PHY, or simulation. Strong C/C++ and Python; integrate production code with simulation tooling. Experience building/validating link-level and system-level simulations; lab validation. Knowledge of 3GPP LTE/NR specs; test scenario development. Experience with Linux, Git, CI/CD, and containers.
