📋 Description Serve as the primary functional consultant for an assigned portfolio of Premier Services clients Build and maintain WFM roadmaps that translate client objectives, workforce challenges, and Lead complex UKG Pro WFM initiatives from end to end, coordinating delivery activities Design, configure, validate, and optimize advanced UKG WFM solutions that address business Develop high-quality client-facing deliverables, including solution documentation, testing Lead client meetings that facilitate decisions and maintain clear alignment around project status 🎯 Requirements Bring 5–7 years of UKG partner consulting experience with demonstrated delivery experience across Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of UKG Pro Workforce Management, particularly timekeeping Have a proven ability to build lasting client relationships and guide stakeholders toward effective Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate Have experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously while maintaining delivery Be comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment, taking ownership of projects 🎁 Benefits Competitive base salary of $100,000–$140,000 USD, with bonus potential.
