We require 5+ years of technical product management experience in an internet business environment. We require 5+ years of experience working as a Technical Product Manager. We require 3+ years of technical experience in software development, network development, IT, or a related field. We require 7+ years of full product life cycle experience. We require 5+ years of P&L management and pricing experience. We require 5+ years of creating written documentation for new product development. We require 5+ years of enterprise security product experience. We require 5+ years of product management experience in cloud computing. We require a bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics. We require experience taking a product from concept and definition through engineering design and into market launch. We require experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products with full lifecycle ownership from concept through go-to-market. Preferred: knowledge of engineering practices and patterns across the full software, hardware, and network development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and live site operations. Preferred: experience working in agile teams delivering software products and features. Responsibilities: We will own one or more production services and help bring new Generative AI projects to developers worldwide. We will own revenue, adoption, and the end-to-end product lifecycle for our services. We will define product strategy, drive execution, and ship offerings that customers value. We will serve as the subject matter expert for our area of focus within AWS Compute GenAI services. We will work closely with applied scientists, engineering teams, and go-to-market partners to turn complex technical capabilities into simple, adoptable products. We will define the roadmap, write the narratives, make tradeoff decisions, and own the outcomes. We will contribute to business planning, long-term technical strategy, resource prioritization, and hiring. We will work with senior leadership to set direction and help ensure delivery at the pace customers expect. We will own the customer working-backwards strategy, tenets, long-term goals, and supporting documents such as the press release and FAQ. We will use customer and market feedback, competitive analysis, and business metrics to guide direction. We will define the product vision, including the roadmap, investment priorities, innovation, and experimentation. We will lead product planning and development, ensuring customer goals and business requirements are reflected in the release plan and positioning. We will lead product launches by owning the go-to-market plan and operational launch activities. We will lead operations by monitoring customer feedback, driving continuous improvement, and supporting business growth. We will partner with the technical team on tradeoffs and product quality assurance and testing. We will track revenue and adoption daily and produce weekly and monthly business reports for leadership review.
