Senior PMO (Trade Finance, MS Project, SWIFT GPI, Digital Client Onboarding, SQL, JIRA)

Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Project Delivery for banking and financial services initiatives across Digital Banking, Payments, SWIFT, and Regulatory Technology. Manage Agile/Scrum delivery including sprint planning, backlog management, Scrum ceremonies, RAID management, dependencies, and delivery tracking. Drive Payments & SWIFT initiatives covering Fast Payments, GIRO, MEPS, PayNow, Telegraphic Transfers, Bulk Payments, SWIFT MT103/MT202/MT202COV, and SWIFT GPI. Lead Digital Banking initiatives across Digital Client Onboarding, Core Banking, Cards, Trade Finance, and customer-facing banking solutions. Translate Regulatory Technology requirements related to AML/KYC, Fraud, Credit Risk, and Regulatory/Transaction Reporting into functional requirements and deliverables. Perform Business Analysis including requirements elicitation, gap analysis, process analysis, functional specifications, stakeholder workshops, and solution discussions. Own Test Management activities including test strategy, SIT/UAT planning, regression testing, defect management, test execution, and production readiness. Coordinate business, technology, operations, compliance, risk, and vendor teams throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Banking & Financial Services IT with strong experience in Project Delivery. Bachelor’s degree in computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline. Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint management, backlog management, RAID, risk, issue, and dependency management. Strong domain expertise in Payments & SWIFT, including Fast Payments, GIRO, MEPS, PayNow, Telegraphic Transfers, Bulk Payments, SWIFT MT103/MT202/MT202COV, and SWIFT GPI. Strong experience in delivering Digital Banking solutions involving Digital Client Onboarding, Core Banking, Cards, and Trade Finance. Strong understanding of Regulatory Technology, including AML/KYC, Fraud, Credit Risk, and Regulatory/Transaction Reporting. Strong Business Analysis skills with experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional specifications, and stakeholder management. Strong Test Management experience covering SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and quality governance. Strong Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and SQL.
