📋 Description Creating vision and strategy for Trust & Safety products and platforms. Leading cross-functional teams (engineers, data scientists, designers, policy) to ensure launches. Maintaining backlog and roadmap; prioritizing by business value and impact. Defining goals and success with clearly measurable OKRs. Building alignment across product teams and leadership.
