Senior Platform Engineer, Event Streaming Platform

📋 Description Design, build and operate large-scale event streaming infrastructure. Improve reliability, scalability, observability and automation of Kafka, Event Bus. Debug latency, performance bottlenecks and capacity constraints in distributed systems. Build automation and self-healing to reduce toil. Contribute to 24/7 on-call rotation and incident response. Collaborate with SRE, Data Platform and Caching teams across EU/US. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on experience building/operating distributed systems in production. Deep experience with Kafka or similar event streaming systems. Strong coding in Java, Go, Python or similar for production systems. Experience operating scalable production infrastructure; debugging. Infrastructure automation, observability, capacity management and operational excellence.
