📋 Description Design, develop, and execute performance testing for distributed cloud apps. Define performance goals, SLAs, and success criteria for services. Build automated performance testing frameworks integrated with CI/CD. Analyze metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize. Lead RCAs for performance incidents and drive improvements. Mentor engineers and establish best practices in performance engineering. 🎯 Requirements Degree in CS/Engineering or related field. 7+ years in Performance Engineering, Testing, or SRE. Hands-on with tools: JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, k6, Locust. Experience with high-scale SaaS platforms, web apps, APIs, and microservices. AWS experience; proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or Go. Distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, performance tuning, scalability.
