Senior Oracle Finance Specialist

About the role We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Finance Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle ERP Financials / Oracle Fusion Financials and a solid understanding of end-to-end finance processes. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of Oracle ERP Financials experience and has successfully participated in at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Financials implementations. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial operations, reporting, and Oracle SaaS technologies. Key responsibilities Lead and support Oracle ERP Financials implementation and enhancement projects. Design, configure, and support Oracle Financials solutions based on business requirements. Participate in and provide expertise throughout end-to-end Oracle Financials implementations. Support core finance processes including Quote to Cash (Q2C), Record to Report (R2R), and Procure to Pay (P2P). Analyze finance business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle solutions. Ensure financial processes and reporting maintain accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with Finance, IT, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Support Oracle integrations and troubleshoot functional and technical issues. Work with Oracle Database and integration technologies as required. Support Oracle configurations, data migration, reporting, and customization activities. About you 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Financials. At least 3 end-to-end Oracle ERP Financials implementations. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations. Strong knowledge of end-to-end finance processes, including Quote to Cash (Q2C), Record to Report (R2R), and Procure to Pay (P2P). Strong understanding of financial reporting and reporting integrity. Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Knowledge of Oracle Database. Experience with Oracle configurations. Familiarity with FBDI (File-Based Data Import). Experience with OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and Oracle BI Publisher.
