Senior Odoo Developer — Python & Back-End

Salary: $91000 - 107000 per year Requirements: We need 8+ years of proven, hands-on Odoo development experience, focused on coding rather than administration or configuration We require advanced Python skills and back-end customization experience, including custom modules, workflows, and business logic We expect a track record of completing multiple ERP implementations and integrations end to end We need experience building and supporting multiple third-party API integrations in live production environments We require the ability to work on site at our Palatine, Illinois headquarters Preferred experience includes retail, inventory-intensive, or multi-location business settings Preferred technical exposure includes PostgreSQL, XML, and Git Preferred experience integrating Odoo with WooCommerce, eBay, or similar marketplace and e-commerce platforms Responsibilities: We develop, customize, and maintain the back end of our Odoo ERP, including custom modules, automated workflows, business logic, and reporting We build and support API integrations that connect Odoo with our e-commerce store, marketplace channel, and internal systems We maintain data accuracy across inventory, sales, and accounting processes between connected platforms We collaborate with our IT leadership and web developer on integration design and implementation planning Technologies: API ERP Git Support Odoo PostgreSQL Python Web XML Backbone Backend More: Keystone AI is a family-owned precious metals, rare coin, and collectibles dealer serving the Chicago area for more than a decade. We operate multiple retail locations, a growing e-commerce business, and a nationwide roadshow program, and we buy and sell gold, silver, rare coins, currency, jewelry, and collectibles. We are investing heavily in technology that links our stores, online sales channels, and back-office systems, and this senior engineering role works directly with our CIO and leadership team to shape the core ERP systems that power our business.
