Senior Observability Engineer

📋 Description Design, implement, and govern a unified observability framework covering metrics, logs, traces, and Lead first-of-a-kind (FOAK) implementations by evaluating emerging observability technologies and Establish enterprise-wide standards for telemetry pipelines, data retention, high-cardinality Define and manage Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and error Act as a senior technical escalation point during critical P1/P2 incidents, lead incident response Reduce mean time to detect (MTTD), mean time to resolve (MTTR), and unnecessary alerts through 🎯 Requirements At least 12 years of overall IT experience, including a minimum of 5–7 years in a lead architect Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring and observability platforms, particularly Strong knowledge of traditional monitoring and log analytics solutions such as SolarWinds, Netcool Demonstrated experience designing scalable, secure telemetry pipelines, managing time-series Proven success migrating organizations from traditional monitoring tools to proactive, automated Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure 🎁 Benefits CLT employment contract with a standard 40-hour workweek.
