Senior Observability Engineer

📋 Description Design, build, and mature the observability ecosystem for Halcyon Labs's platform. Provide deep visibility by combining system telemetry with user signals. Partner with engineering and product teams to deliver scalable observability. Serve as SME for monitoring, alerting, and incident management. Apply automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve root-cause analysis. Surface observability insights to inform technical decisions and priorities. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on observability, SRE, platform engineering experience. Strong monitoring expertise with tools such as Datadog. Experience contributing to observability initiatives across teams. Proficiency with Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform. Ability to influence technical decisions and collaborate with stakeholders. Understanding of distributed systems principles and trade-offs. Experience defining SLOs/SLIs and alerting strategies.
