Senior Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer

📋 Description Final escalation for P1/P2 incidents; stabilize service and remediation plans. Lead deep-dive diagnostics across network, server, cloud, and backup. Own problem management for chronic issues; produce RCAs. Engineer and execute complex/high-risk changes with backout plans. Improve monitoring/observability; design thresholds and dashboards. Build automation using PowerShell/Python/Bash and APIs. 🎯 Requirements Cisco UCCE experience incl.
