Senior Network Engineer

📋 Description Operate, monitor, maintain, and support DigiCert global production network. Serve as first responder for network incidents and operational requests. Monitor health, performance, and availability of the production network. Review logs, alerts, and monitoring systems to identify issues. Troubleshoot network, DNS, load balancing, and connectivity across data centers and cloud. Collaborate with ISPs, carriers, cloud providers, app teams, DBAs, and vendors to resolve issues. 🎯 Requirements Degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or equivalent. 5+ years in enterprise, service provider, or data center networks. Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, routing and switching, VLANs, network segmentation, firewall concepts, VPNs. Understanding of routing protocols and route troubleshooting. Experience with network monitoring, logging, observability platforms, and incident response.
