Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with 8 -15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of .NET development and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
– Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality .NET applications.
– Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support.
– Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and contribute to system architectural design and planning discussions.
– Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to understand project requirements, provide updates on project progress, and participate in Code Reviews with Peers/Technical Lead.
– Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and developments in .NET development and implement best practices, coding standards, and design patterns to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

– Knowledge of scripting frameworks like ReactJS, and experience with source control like Git or Bitbucket is preferred.
– Proven experience with AJAX, jQuery, JavaScript, and CSS, knowledge of SOLID principles, and working experience with design principles including design patterns.
– Good exposure to one or more implementations of CI & CD using Jenkins, and Docker containerization.
– Knowledge of API development with an understanding of HTTP and REST architecture.
Eligible Criteria:
– Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· 5-10 years of professional experience in .NET development.
· Extensive knowledge and experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server.
· Proficiency in Azure cloud & related environments
· Experience working in Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
· Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like ReactJS is a plus.
· Certifications in .NET development or related technologies are desirable but not required.
