Unleash Impactful Innovation — Lead the Future of Finance and Supply Chain with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Warszawa-based opportunity with remote work (up to 5 days/week) As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Analyst — Finance or Supply Chain , you will be working for our client, a prominent leader in enterprise resource planning solutions. You will play a key role in migrating systems from AX2012 to D365F&O, delivering critical analysis, technical documentation, and stakeholder communication. This is your chance to steer high-impact projects, drive seamless system transitions, and shape strategic development roadmaps in a dynamic environment. Your main responsibilities: Gather and analyze business needs driven by migration projects, ensuring alignment with technical requirements. Develop comprehensive technical and functional documentation within the “One Version” model, prioritizing out-of-the-box and low-code solutions. Structure and manage the project backlog in Azure DevOps, ensuring continuous quality and progress tracking. Prepare content for the system development roadmap, based on trend analysis and client needs. Communicate project status to stakeholders, including presentations at steering committees and other strategic forums. Define and maintain testing strategies for user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring high standards for system changes. Configure and operate environments within Lifecycle Services (LCS) to support project delivery. You’re ideal for this role if you have: Minimum of 4 years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 F&O or AX 2012 as a Product Owner, Lead Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst. Domain expertise in Finance (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Taxation with Polish localization) OR Supply Chain (Inventory Management, Purchasing, Sales, Master Planning, Production). Practical proficiency with Azure DevOps, LCS, and familiarity with D365 data model (Data Entities). Strong communication skills in Polish and English, with a communicative command of both languages. It is a strong plus if you have: Microsoft certifications such as MB-310, MB-330, MB-335, or MB-300. Practical experience in migrating legacy ERP systems to D365. Knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). Certification in product management (e.g., PSPO). Experience with RSAT testing strategies. Language Required for the role: Polish and English — strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
