This is your chance to join early — and help shape both the architecture and culture of the company that’s reimagining the $800B ad industry. 🧠 The Role – Senior Member of Technical Staff (SMTS) As a Senior Member of Technical Staff , you’ll be one of the core builders of AdsGency’s AI-driven infrastructure — designing, architecting, and scaling systems that orchestrate multi-agent ad automation across global platforms. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with founders and senior engineers on everything from real-time pipelines to LLM orchestration layers, ensuring that our stack is both fast and resilient.
