Senior Mechanical Engineer

📋 Description Develop and implement mechanical designs for complex systems. Apply DfM/DfA/DfX; optimize parts for injection molding. Produce drawings, BOMs, tolerance analyses, and design reviews. Interface with external vendors for custom part fabrication. Collaborate with testing labs for product compliance. Conduct reliability tests: drop, ingress, thermal, cycle. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 4+ years of product development from concept to production. Strong CAD (SolidWorks) and FEA. Plastic injection molding, DFM/DFA, tolerance analysis. Ingress protection and thermal management for portable devices. PCBAs and flex cables experience.
