📋 Description Analyze large volumes of customer, CRM, media and behavioral data to identify patterns. Develop measurement frameworks for pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing. Build segmentation models, audience scoring, attribution, and predictive analytics. Leverage Python, SQL, AI tools, and workflow automation to speed analytics. Translate findings into business language and executive-ready insights. Mentor junior analysts and promote curiosity and continuous improvement. 🎯 Requirements 5–8 years in data science, healthcare/pharma marketing analytics, customer analytics, BI and attribution. Experience in pharma/healthcare marketing, paid media analytics, CRM, and attribution. Python, SQL, statistics, data modeling, predictive analytics, Power BI, ETL. Excellent English; lead meetings and deliver exec-level insights.
