Senior Manager, Software Engineering - Claims

📋 Description Lead the core Claims processing system across development, testing, and maintenance. Collaborate with Business, Product, Operations, and Support to improve SLAs. Define, prioritize, and manage the technical claims roadmap to meet business needs. Lead AI-powered tooling adoption and architect AI-native agentic solutions. Provide technical and people leadership for cloud-native backend services and BRMS integrations. 🎯 Requirements Masters’ or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 12+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years leading teams. Healthcare domain experience in Payer/Provider with claims adjudication/payments knowledge. Agile delivery expertise with data-intensive systems. AI and Agentic proficiency, including basics of LLMs and developer tools.
