Senior Manager, Software Engineering

📋 Description Lead the Xometry EU engineering org across Europe; align with global product/AI. Build, scale, and mature software teams across EU hubs. Report to the CTO, International; partner with product, platform, and AI leaders. Manage distributed teams across US, Europe, China, India, and Turkey. Drive execution for EU market initiatives with quality and reliability. 🎯 Requirements Senior-manager+ experience in large tech-first company or director+ in mid-sized org. Experience leading 50-150+ engineers across distributed hubs. Cloud-native, microservices, data-intensive systems, CI/CD, reliability. Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop managers and senior ICs. Experience in product-led environments with close eng-product collaboration. Strong cross-time-zone collaboration and executive communication.
