Establish engineering standards for quality, reliability, testing. 🎯 Requirements Experienced engineering leader: 8–12+ years; 4+ years in management. Experience building/scaling distributed systems; AWS preferred. Strong microservices and high-availability background. Proven in regulated/compliance-sensitive environments. Fintech experience preferred; credit domain a plus.
