📋 Description Build and lead a Tier 2 operational support team for Halcyon Labs Cloud Define onboarding requirements for new features, including runbooks and docs Establish standards ensuring features ship with proper support readiness Serve as escalation path beyond Tier 1 for complex incidents Partner with teams in Chennai, US, Europe and Australia to ensure documentation Drive operational hygiene and close gaps in feature supportability 🎯 Requirements Proven experience building and leading a DevOps or Tier 2/3 ops team 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or production ops, with 3+ years in senior management 7+ years in Software Engineering with proven delivery Deep experience defining onboarding standards for multi-team engineering Hands-on with AWS (strongly preferred), Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident 🎁 Benefits Onboarding-focused training and mentorship Leadership programs and tuition reimbursement Affinity groups and inclusive culture
