Senior Manager, Data Science & Operations Analytics

📋 Description Lead analytics across marketplace performance, customer behavior, pricing, and operations. Develop analytical frameworks and AI agents to measure marketplace health. Translate complex business problems into structured analytical approaches. Deliver executive-ready insights influencing product roadmaps and investments. Establish best practices for statistics, hypothesis testing, and experiments. Partner with Product and Engineering to design A/B tests and experiments. 🎯 Requirements 7–10 years in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field. Strong foundation in statistics, experimental design, forecasting, and modeling. Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, observational studies, and experiments. SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Statsmodels) expertise. Experience building analytical datasets, KPI frameworks, and scalable reporting.
