Run operating cadence; track KPIs; escalate risks; provide exec reporting. Own capacity; drive adoption, value, and expansion. Partner with Product to translate insights into roadmap actions. Own strategic initiatives and OKRs with clear accountability. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in forward-deployed engineering, CS, TAM, or SaaS roles. 5+ years leading high-performing post-sales or technical teams. Experience managing distributed teams across North America. Proven ability to drive adoption, retention, and customer value in enterprise accounts.
