📋 Description Define and own evaluation strategy for our AI agentic system. Implement automated evaluation pipelines for model quality, safety, and alignment. Run systematic experiments to assess reasoning, factuality, robustness, and UX. Collaborate with model developers and researchers to drive iterative improvement. Contribute to research and share knowledge on LLM evaluation methods. 🎯 Requirements MSc or PhD in Computer Science, ML, Data Science, or related field. 7+ years with large language models (GPT/Claude/Llama/BERT). Proven experience evaluating agentic or reasoning systems. Strong track record in experiment design, metrics, and automation.
