Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams , ensuring clear understanding of requirements, scope, and expected outcomes. Apply strong logical thinking and structured analysis to translate business problems into clear, actionable requirements. Ensure high-quality documentation, traceability, and requirement governance across the project lifecycle. Support project delivery through requirements clarification, solution validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) . Key Responsibilities: Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder engagement (workshops, interviews, discussions). Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows . Collaborate closely with business users, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility. Create and maintain documentation , including: Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Specifications (FSD) Process flow diagrams User stories and acceptance criteria Perform gap analysis and impact assessment for new initiatives or change requests. Support solution design discussions , ensuring requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented. Coordinate and support testing activities (SIT/UAT) , including: Test case preparation Defect tracking Validation of delivered solutions Assist in data analysis and validation , ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems. Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders on requirements status, risks, and changes. Ensure traceability of requirements from initiation to delivery. Your Skills and Experience Mandatory Requirements: Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with regional stakeholders and vendors. 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT, digital, or banking-related projects. Good understanding of system concepts and application architecture , including: System interactions and data flows API and integration basics Ability to understand technical constraints and translate them into business-friendly explanations . Familiarity with databases and data structures , with basic SQL knowledge as an advantage. Ability to interpret technical designs and ensure alignment with requirements ..
