Senior KYC Quality Control Consultant

The Role You'll be embedded directly in our clients KYC team, taking ownership of Quality Control reviews across their client portfolio. The expectation is a short onboarding period - after which you'll be operating as a fully productive team member. What You'll Be Doing Performing Quality Control reviews on KYC files across low, medium, and high-risk client segments Reviewing files for both private individuals and corporate clients Identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in line with regulatory requirements Supporting the team's throughput and maintaining high standards across the review process Must-have: Solid, proven experience in KYC - you know the frameworks, the risks, and the details Demonstrated QC/review experience on KYC files, across all risk levels Native Dutch speaker (moedertaal Nederlands) Strong English communication skills - written and spoken Based in Flanders or close to the Belgian border (Dutch candidates welcome) Nice to have: QC experience covering both private and corporate client files Location: Antwerp, Belgium (on-site) Language: Dutch (native) + English Start: As soon as possible
