Requirements:
KYC/AML knowledge — CDD, FATCA, CRS, sanctions, global AML standards. Strong analytical skills — critical thinking, decision‑making, attention to detail. Experience with legal documentation and corporate structures. Fluent English (spoken & written). Excellent communication skills — client‑facing and internal. Ability to work independently under time pressure and high volume. Teamwork & stakeholder management skills. Flexibility and adaptability to change. Problem‑solving & creativity .
Must have: KYC
Daily tasks: - End‑to‑end customer management — onboarding, account opening, documentation verification.
– KYC/AML reviews — CDD, FATCA, CRS, sanctions, PEP screening.
– Risk assessment — analysing ownership structures, UBO identification, escalating concerns.
– Stakeholder communication — clients, RMs, Compliance, QA/QC.
– Case handling — monitoring referrals, resolving documentation issues.
– Quality & performance — meeting SLA/TAT/QC targets.
– Team support — answering KYC questions, acting as backup for Team Lead.
– Process improvement — identifying improvements, supporting UAT.
