Salary: $157000 - 180000 per year Requirements: We require a current Security+ certification. We require a fully adjudicated DoD Secret or Top Secret security clearance. We require at least 5+ years of experience with a masters degree, 7+ years with a bachelors degree, or 10+ years with a high school diploma. We need extensive experience with JWICS. We need extensive experience with cybersecurity methodologies, tools, and systems. We need extensive experience identifying cyber vulnerabilities and creating mitigation plans. We need experience or knowledge of cybersecurity, networks, system components, system protocols, COTS technology, and software development. We need technical knowledge of system, network, and application security, along with a strong grasp of enterprise security frameworks, policies, processes, and standards. We need the ability to work across teams in a cross-functional environment. We need experience briefing customers and senior leadership. We need the ability to quickly understand technology and unique system requirements. Preferred qualifications include IAM Level III CISSP or an equivalent certification. Preferred qualifications include understanding of the DoD environment and familiarity with the DoD Acquisition System. Preferred qualifications include the ability to connect across organizational boundaries and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical leaders in large, complex organizations. Responsibilities: We assist customers in developing current and future cybersecurity requirements. We evaluate plans and technical activity criteria, then recommend alternatives to meet customer and company obligations. We communicate with leadership at all levels to keep projects moving to completion. We explain complex technical information to non-technical audiences. We manage risks and opportunities while ensuring best practices are followed. We direct, integrate, manage, and track cybersecurity activities. We prepare program roadmaps, project execution plans, and resource needs. We identify technology opportunities and coordinate system and application strategies. We review project status, manage schedules, and prepare status reports. We assess issues and develop solutions to support productivity, quality, and customer goals. We build trusted relationships with internal and external customers and communicate daily with program stakeholders.
