Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions. Build reusable and scalable components, optimize performance and maintain security best practices. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes. Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver features and improvements. Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve code quality and team efficiency. Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager. Your Skills and Experience General requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least an intermediate English communication skills (both verbal & written). Likely having 5+ years of experience (flexible depending on how fast your learning and technical developing capabilities are). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Growth mindset, proactive attitude, and commitment to learning new technologies. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in Agile/Scrum teams. Technical requirements: Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. Strong experience with JAVA web-based technologies: Spring (Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Boot) and ORM (JPA, Hibernate) Experience in microservices and cloud environments (Azure/AWS) Experience with database design and SQL (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL). Performs effectively & independently in software implementation activities (designing, coding, verification, unit testing, integration testing, and debugging…) Competent in software development processes and agile development practices Nice to have: Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and front-end frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, Angular, VueJS, KnockoutJS) Experience with large-scale web-based applications, setting up CI/CD pipelines and web security issues. Proficient daily use of AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) across the full SDLC Able to decompose complex tasks, provide effective context, and apply chain-of-thought and multi-step prompting workflows Experience with agentic workflows and AI-driven development frameworks Hands-on experience integrating AI tools with other systems via MCP (Model Context Protocol) or equivalent Awareness of emerging AI tools and willingness to evaluate and adopt new capabilities Why You'll Love Working Here Want to be the Best?
