Your responsibilities: Develop the technical direction for cloud-based microservices projects , including: Traffic Analytics (24/7 system) Data services for traffic light controllers Design system architecture, define technical standards, and perform code reviews. Collaborate with clients to analyze requirements and propose optimal technical solutions. Ensure software quality through testing, code reviews, and code quality management tools. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and Frontend teams to ensure smooth deployment and operations. Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, maintaining project quality and delivery timelines. Your Skills and Experience 7+ years of professional software development experience. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Strong expertise in: Java Core, OOP, Design Patterns, Clean Code, and SOLID Principles. Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Cloud). RESTful API and Microservices Architecture. ORM tools such as Hibernate or EclipseLink. Unit Testing (JUnit 5, Mockito), Maven/Gradle build tools. Hands-on experience with: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm. Message Queues: Kafka, RabbitMQ. Cache: Redis. Monitoring & Logging: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK or Loki. IAM: Keycloak (OAuth2, OpenID Connect). Code quality: SonarQube. Preferred qualifications: Experience in distributed, high-availability, or high-performance systems. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments. Soft skills: Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently. Flexible working time: 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, No Overtime (Only 8 working hours) Performance review and appropriate gratification: twice a year. 13th month salary + Project bonus + 02 probationary months with full salary Extra health check package per year. 16 leave days/year ( with 12 annual leave days and 4 paid leave days for learning activities ) .
