Senior Java Developer Location: Hybrid (2 days/week from Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia, or Łódź) Contract: B2B via Experis Start Date: ASAP / up to 30 days notice period Responsibilities Develop and maintain data integration solutions and data flow processes Build and enhance Java-based microservices and APIs Support ETL processes and database operations Collaborate in a DevOps-driven environment Requirements 8+ years of experience in software development Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot Experience with microservices architecture and APIs Knowledge of Kafka Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL Knowledge of DataStage (ETL) Familiarity with Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Bitbucket DevOps mindset Strong communication and teamwork skills Fluent English Nice to Have Experience in the banking or financial industry Benefits Medicover healthcare Multisport card Group life insurance Access to e-learning platform
