Senior Java Backend Engineer (DEX)

📋 Description Lead architectural design and development of a high-performance DEX backend. Build core server-side components for ultra-low latency and high concurrency. Implement matching engines, order books, market data broadcasting, risk control, settlement. Develop trading gateways (REST/WebSocket) and market data feeds. Optimize performance with JVM tuning and system-level optimizations. Build data persistence, logging, backups, and disaster recovery capabilities. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE or related field. 8+ years Java development; multithreading and JVM tuning. 3+ years DEX/Exchange server-side; matching, clearing, risk control. Experience with LMAX Disruptor or Chronicle for high-performance apps. MySQL, Redis, MongoDB; distributed transactions.
