Senior IT Technician

Salary: $70000 - 91000 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred At least 5 years of experience supporting Windows and Mac environments Practical experience configuring and maintaining networks, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs Experience diagnosing server and infrastructure problems Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration Prior MSP experience is strongly preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical matters for clients Self-directed problem-solving ability and comfort working with minimal supervision Confident in direct client interactions and relationship management Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth setting Process-oriented mindset with a focus on improving service delivery CompTIA Network+, Security+, or similar certifications preferred Valid drivers license required Reliable personal vehicle and active auto insurance required Ability to travel to local client sites Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across multiple client environments Support Windows and Mac systems Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 Configure and support networks, firewalls, switches, and connectivity Investigate and resolve server-related issues Serve as an escalation resource for complex technical challenges Guide junior technicians to strengthen team performance and consistency Help refine processes, documentation, and service delivery as we grow Communicate directly with clients to provide updates, recommendations, and solutions Carry out onsite client visits when needed Technologies: Cloud Support Microsoft 365 Network Security Windows Office 365 DevOps LESS More: We are a leading Managed Services Provider delivering enterprise-level IT support, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.
